Health is personal
The right information at the right time—whether it's a reliable answer to a health question or a real-time alert on your watch—can be incredibly powerful. That’s why we are constantly finding new ways to meet people where they are on their health and wellness journey, whether that’s through Search, YouTube, or our wearables and other devices. This is all designed with privacy and security as a primary pillar to respect your health information.

Access authoritative health information with Google Search
We’ve always believed that knowledge is empowering, and this is especially true when it comes to health. In ways big and small, we strive to provide everyone with the critical information they need to keep themselves and their loved ones safe with Google Search.
Information Panels
People across the globe use Google Search to find trusted and relevant information about health conditions, symptoms, and treatments. Our information panels cover hundreds of conditions from authoritative sources, from the common cold to muscle strain, headaches, anxiety and more. When you search for symptoms, we show a list of related conditions to help you quickly see where you can do more in-depth research or talk to a health professional.

Managing your health can be hard when information is spread across different apps. To help, the Medical Records API enables apps to read and write medical record information like allergies, medications, immunizations and lab results in standard Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR®) format. With these additions, Health Connect supports over 50 data types across activity, sleep, nutrition, vitals and now medical records — making it easier to connect your everyday health data with data from your doctor’s office.
